Extend the Windows 7 Trial from 30 to 120 Days

I found this wonderful trick that will enable you to extend the 30 days trial up to maximum of 120 days. Is that amazing ? You can install Microsoft Windows without any license key, you’ll have 30 days to activate with a valid license key. 


Here are the setups you need
1. Start –> Type cmd on the search box, Click on the cmd click on Run as administrator to open command prompt. 

2. Type in this command : slmgr –rearm

 
After few second, you will see a dialog show up, say Command completed Successfully, at this point you need reboot.

After the computer restarted check the System Properties again shows that I now have 30 days left to activate windows 7.

Note: You want to do this near the end, last day before activation.

Blaze is an launches application and automates repetitive tasks. Blaze can be do from simple to complex task like launching application, making small calculations, sending emails, inserting recurrent excerpts of text or even renaming files.

For example, you wanted to rename your digital camera files from image1.jpg to trip1.jpg, then next file image2.jpg to trip2.jpg, by the time you rename next file, blaze will ask you how many files you wish to rename based on that numbering scheme and will rename them for you.

Utilize more than 4GB memory on Windows 7 RC/RTM

Most of you won’t know that Windows 32-bit doesn’t support more than 4GB RAM. If you have higher end machine with more than 4GB RAM running 33 bit vista / Windows 7 RC/ RTM you will not able get full potential of 4GB. You have to move to windows 64 bit which supports more than 4GB ram.



Honestly speaking 64 bit doesn’t have device driver, for example my Microsoft web cam refuse to work on 64 bit windows 7.

For Windows 7 users you need a patch from a Russian group called Staforce. You can download memory limit patch at this link, but you need to register on this forum. I have downloaded and done the hard work for you. Here is the link you can download here. Just download the file and run the exe file which will patch kernel.

Search Wikipedia from the command line.

Command-Line Fu website explain how to query Wikipedia using the good old built in “Dig” command.

Generally dig command is used to look up DNS records that also can text record.

Some have created an script that can query the Wikipedia summary for an article querying the records from the command line.

Syntax:

dig +short txt <keyword>.wp.dg.cx

Some examples

dig +short txt linux.wp.dg.cx
dig +short txt torrent.wp.dg.cx.

How to submit your website to Google search engine

You have build website which has been published on the internet. Now, you want to attract more traffic to the website. This article will help you quick visual understanding how to submit your website to Google search engine, so that Google can show your site when some one search with right keywords. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a very wonderful topic I love the way the search engine work. I am not going to that far.

Note: To submit your site to Google and optimize the search results, you need to have a @gmail.com email address.
1. To submit website go to www.google.com/addurl. ( this is very basic one this will do the trick)
   
2. Go to Google Webmaster tools
    
3. Click on the Add a Site, and type your website name as shown below.
   

4. Google Webmaster tools, need to know that you are really this website owner, so it does by asking you to verify two methods.

1. Meta Tag
Google generates Meta Tag(code) for your website, you need to copy paste this Meta tag on to the HTML source code of your website.

     
    Here is HTML source which will look like this
 

2. HTML file.
This is by far the simply one. you have to upload a blank file to your webhost with the given provided by googleXXXXXXXXXXXX.html, on your root directory.

5. Once you have verified that you are indeed owner of the website, Verification will change to Verified.
